Principle

Cone crusher is a typical pyramid crusher, stone crushing its basic form and jaw crusher is no essential difference between the extrusion of the material through which it shatter. 
Therefore, the cone crusher in terms of energy consumption is energy, from the wear and tear in terms of wear parts wear cycle is relatively long. Therefore, the cone crusher production costs relatively satisfactory, especially wear parts replacement cycle is relatively long, greatly enhance the efficiency of production. However, due to the structure of the cone crusher is more complex, precision manufacturing is relatively high, the price is not cheap. Therefore, the cone crusher is a kind of high procurement costs, lower operating costs of high-grade crushing equipment, is an important choice for large-scale crushing equipment crushing system.
 
We can see from the diagram , cone crusher mainly consists of a cone and an outer cone crushing cavity is formed , the inner cone is fixed on a spindle. Certain angle spindle is mounted in the crusher . From the figure we can see that the green line is the theoretical vertical line , the red line is the spindle centerline. Red and green lines intersect is the center of the spindle rotation when swinging . That spindle ( spindle holding the eccentric sleeve ) to the green line as the center of revolution , while ( in the eccentric spindle kit ) to be the center red line rotation .
  
As can be seen from the plan view , the inclination of the spindle mounting , the inner cone and fall is formed between the outer large and small openings. When a large side of the material into the large opening , the inner cone can be rotated during the swing over, thereby crushed materials encountered . When the material is full of crushing chamber , the inner cone of the self move more slowly, mainly through crushing cone swings resulting squeeze to achieve. It should be noted that good debugging cone crusher at work when the large and small size of the opening is relatively fixed , unless the material particularly hard, or into the iron , or change the size of the opening edge will not be great .
